The work performed by FSI was top quality and with excellent contractors. The workforce were very solid and professional with excellent cleanup thru out.
The three work sections were 1. replace a section of the bathroom ceiling and the repaired section matched perfectly with the remaining ceiling; 2. this work section involved replacing and installing the two new bathroom vents and light fixtures; 3. this work section involved replacing a kitchen ceiling flood light fixture and adding a 2nd kitchen ceiling flood light fixture at same.

We cannot fully express our satisfaction with FSA. Our condo in NMB had two major water leaks and FSA was called and arrived within the hour. All communication was done over the phone since we live 230 miles away. All repairs were mitigated with insurance company then all repairs were made in a very timely manner. All carpet needed replaced and I gave them free reign to pick out and MaryBeth did an awesome job! Communicating with Tim was always immediate response and Chuck and team did all repairs as listed. I got here yesterday to check plus need to buy new king bed and everything was spotless

I usually don’t leave reviews. Unfortunately my condo in Myrtle Beach had water damage 2 times due to a drainage back up within the last two years. FSA were the contractors called to complete the repairs both times. This company did not disappoint me at all. I would call myself A perfectionist when it comes to my homes and cars. They did an Absolute beautiful job on replacing my vinyl plank flooring throughout the whole condominium. Tim Albert and Chuck Breunig went out of their way to make sure I was 100% happy. Our HOA had FSA come in to repair the damage resulting from a rather extensive roof leak. Both my wife and I couldn`t be happier with the professional job their painter exhibited. He set up, masked off the area and never left any paint on the Corvette I've been restoring and then, cleaned up like he was never there. You know a picture is worth a thousand words so, I've attached some to show the work done by a pro.

I first met Steve with FSA September 9, 2008 when our home and 3 adjacent ones suffered extensive fire damage. They did a superior job rebuilding the homes. I have on occasion needed a referral for various repairs or rennovations and FSA, Steve and recently David have assisted over the years, most recently with fortunately, considerably less damage following Hurricane Florence. One of the things that has impressed me the most about this company is their willingness to assist me with small jobs I needed done, not a major rebuild or insurance job. FSA provided disaster recovery services for the 40+ year old high rise beachfront condominium association I managed until retirement. The FSA team guided us through 2 hurricanes and numerous water supply failures inherent in an older property. They were always prompt, responded with adequate staff and equipment, while working closely with homeowners and insurance adjusters. FSA quickly addressed every issue brought to my attention to the satisfaction of the association. Now retired, I cannot imagine facing a disaster at my home without FSA' s assistance .

We had experienced water damage to a ceiling due to sprinkler system going off in condo above us during a renovation last Feb. FSA brought in fans dehumidifier that required running 24 hrs a day for about five days at my expense, after numerous calls to some Steve guy and hearing numerous stories about the insurance company this and that and my signature required on documents a couple of times the work to this date has not been done. This is crazy, I don't know who called FSA at the onset but now I'm thinking they would be the last place I would call, maybe it was the management company

FSA is an awesome restoration company to work with. Not only do they help build people's homes and businesses back together after disasters, they genuinely care about the community they serve. On numerous occasions, they have sent out dehumidifiers and other machines to help us extract water and mold after heavy rains. In addition to that, we recently renovated an old house to use as an Admin Office. If you check out the photo...that's our new kitchen/break room cabinets that they donated to us. FSA just completed a comprehensive restoration of our condo and we can not say enough good things about the experience. Tony, the project manager, stayed in touch during the entire process and is a pleasure to work with. The FSA staff was the height of professionalism and competence. Brandon and Trevell (carpentry, etc) produced great results within a tight schedule and displayed considerable problem-solving skills. My home recently got flooded due to Hurricane Florence. I had 18 inches of water inside my home for 6 days straight. I contacted 2 other company's to get their quotes as well as FSA. I contacted servpro and also Vines. Servpro told me that refused to work with my insurance and FEMA and I would need 20% cash upfront before they would do any work. Please stay away from this company. I had them come out in February to do a small patch job, remove texture and paint the ceiling in a bedroom. A simple 1-2 day job I was told. Well over 1 week later they are finished and within 30 minutes after the painters left the entire ceiling starts peeling. I look at the patch work they did and it looks like a dent in the ceiling. I ended up having another contractor come in and finish.

Absolutely amazing service!! We had water everywhere in the house due to a water pipe burst. They came in and went right to work. They were extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I was worried about mold because of all the water and this happened right in the middle of July. They soon reassured me that the water would soon dry up. Do not let their contractors out of your sight. Wound up missing a Nintendo and my roomba robot vacuum as well as a couple of insulated coolers. First call left a message, no response. Second a couple weeks later call left a message got a call back saying they would look into it. Months later I call again leave a message no response. Finally go in and talk to someone, we're sorry it's been to much time for us to do anything. Their work is cheap I have to go through and touch up all the spots they missed. Can not recommend.

Do not come back again!!! unprofessional!!! 1. A balcony sliding door left open by a renter in our condo combined with a low air conditioner setting resulted in a severe mold growth, so bad that I could not rent the ocean front condo. I contact FSA on a Sunday. Steve examined the condo on Monday and his crew completely remediated the problem including painting the ceilings so that a renter was able to rent on Saturday. The cost was reasonable considering the promptness etc. Steve communicated with me throughout and was available when I called. I recommend FSA highly !

What a joke these guys are. Came out, set up some fans and dehumidifiers which sounded like a train when they ran. Over billed for their "services", and were dragging their feet finishing the job, didn't keep me informed of what was going on, so I had A & I finish. Would never use this company again & it says something when your insurance company says they don't deal with them.

This company came into my home and inspected the damages. I was at work and specifically told the woman to give me an estimate. My roommate called and said they started "work" already. I called FSA again and asked for an estimate. None were given to me until the job was going done! I specifically asked for an estimate only. I received a call saying it'll be $1,500. I was upset! Luckily, with hard stern calls, it was dropped down to $700. They performed the job but what a rip off company! I called Stanley Steamer, told them what happened and the damages, they would have done the job
