We are so grateful for Gold Coast. We contacted them initially when looking to supplement our home's steam system with ductless, and Tom, Mike, and the team were incredibly forthcoming and responsive with our many questions. A Gold Coast representative came to give us a quote. We were amazed at the level of knowledge the rep had about the Mitsubishi units. We had researched mini-split units on our own but quickly learned soooo much more from the rep especially about Mitsubishi products.

Gold Coast Comfort was a pleasure to use. From Tom presenting options and valuable suggestions and agreeing on routing of tubes as we wished, to follow up calls they all worked to assure our satisfaction. Nine months later when we had problem getting a room cool, during hot spell on LI, they came to fix the problem on Saturday.
