I reached out to this company because someone else in my condo used them and they were happy. I dealt with Yury on the phone who was my go to contact. We booked an appointment the following week which was perfect for my schedule. These guys diagnosed my LG mini split and recommended a few repairs. We went with the more long term fix which was an isolated pressure test. All in all it was a bit pricey but well worth the peace of mind we got. Thanks premier team for the help.

My boiler stop working on one of the coldest nights of the year, which was a Saturday. I called Sunday morning spoke to Boris, he was able to send Stratos. He was very knowledgeable, explained in detail what was wrong and how he fix it. He did a great job and my boiler is working wonderfully. I highly recommend Premier HVAC Services.

The house had some heat but the thermostat seemed to have no control over the boiler. Boris was very knowledgeable and gave us a complete walk through of what he was doing. He found out that the problem was in the "pigtail" and spent time cleaning it out for us because we hadn't been doing proper maintenance.

Quality of the service call was fine. No knock on the subcontractor being used, I thought he was professional and handled the job well. Costs are probably on the more expensive end given the subcontracting model though.
My issue is with the rudeness of the project management staff, in particular Boris. The service call was 3 hours late and ran at least an hour longer than expected, which happens - I get it. I had an emergency with my furnace... i did a google search and I decided to call Premier. It turned out that I went with the right company. Not only did they deliver and install in a timely manner but did a fabulous job. Boris explained to me what was needed and assured me from beginning to end with updated phone calls and text. Whoever connected the thermostat in our condo before we bought it in July did a very poor job. With cold weather on the way, I decided to test the heat a few days ago and discovered our furnace and blower would not shut off when the set temperature was reached. The heat just ran and ran ... and ran. Called Premier on Monday, they asked if I was free the next day, I was, and two guys were here before 10 a.m. Poor wiring fixed, and my heat was working fine in less than an hour!

Zero is the real rating for this company. They charged me $1800 in cash to do a diagnostic on my three year Fujitsu HVAC system. Unfortunately I didn't do my homework on this or this company till after I paid. After they diagnosed the problem, they tried to rip me off for another $950 to do the repair. I went ballistic and it took week off my life. Boris the guy you speak with in the office is a totally misogynist immoral individual who tried to turn their illegitimate business practice around and blame me and my meltdown. A real bully.

I unfortunately can't say anything positive about my HVAC maintenance experience. My first experience, after them rescheduling at the last minute two times, resulted in a drip pan that no longer drained (never a problem until immediately after they serviced it). We had the great pleasure to have Premier HVAC Services take care of our home's Fujistu Halcyon split central air conditioning. Our Boiler stopped working over the weekend, I called many companies (12 to be exact), neither one of these companies had any appointments available before mid-December. My wife called Premier Services on Tuesday and within minutes Boris set us up with an appointment on Wednesday. Thank you Boris.

Screw these guys. They won't even talk to you without wanting to charge an arm and a leg. After being over charged for a previous service, they wouldn't even offer to speak with me to help me understand the service unless they came to start the clock.
Rebuttal to Boris' response - he tried to brush me off after just a few minutes. He didn't stay in the phone for 22 minutes. He was fairly quick to suggest "I don't think we're the right company for you" because he didn't want to discuss the process.
