Cody the owner of Hercules tree service sold me a used stump grinder and even worked with me on his day off to help me pick it up from him. Very honest in his dealings the grinder was exactly as he stated. Amazing amount of equipment to safely and efficiently do any tree job as needed. You're definitely in the right hands with his company.

They removed several very large trees in my backyard in challenging terrain near my house. Friendly, professional, hard working and finished ahead of schedule. Their pricing was fair and the job cost matched the estimate. Of particular note was their thorough cleanup! I have now used them twice and I highly recommend them.

They had a crew out to our house today. They arrived 15 minutes before their start time, which is good! They were on task all day! They were very professional, very polite and respectful. They took measures to not have tire tracks in our yard, and left our yard and patio spotless! We highly recommend them!

The workers were great, but that’s only half of the story. We scheduled trimming to be done prior to our roof being redone. They called the day after they were supposed to show up to tell us they needed to reschedule, then we had to keep calling to get rescheduled. Second date comes close, rescheduled again, and again we had to chase them down to get a date. They showed up and it turns out they didn’t have the right equipment for the entire job, so they did 75% of what was contracted saying that they would come back. Weeks later they call to tell me they would come next month to finish. No

I wish I could give them 10 stars! Amazing emergency tree removal and lightening fast service. High winds toppled trees onto my building and this Thor like crew descended and with state of the art equipment and military precision dismantled the giant pines and left no trace of their existence. They were professional, well coordinated, and meticulous in regards to clean up. I experienced no business interruption and couldn't be more impressed or grateful!!

Robert came out, walked the property and provided a quote shortly after the visit. Their pricing was fair but this is where it ends. Having used other tree services in the past, this was my first time using Hercules Tree. They called to schedule service. They showed up at 8am and got right to work. The team was one of the most professional I have had the privilege of working on my yard. Everyone one of the team members working was in uniform and very helpful and friendly. We had an exceptional service! We needed a lot of trees (15) down asap. We had a quote come out and in less than a week had an amazing crew at our house working like a well oiled machine! The relief they provided to us knowing our trees would no longer fall, was worth every penny we spent...(which was also far below quotes we had gotten from 2 other places) Highly recommend!

Unbelievable service. Came to our house within a week for an estimate with a very fair price. They were able to come out THE NEXT DAY and removed some very dead trees from the front of our property. They did a fantastic job cleaning up our driveway and yard afterwards and didn't take the money until the job was done. We had spent almost a month going back and forth with another tree service and they never even bothered to come out for the estimate. Could not be happier.

Hercules Tree Service has another satisfied customer. We hired this company to cut two big dead oak trees and 7 bay trees in our backyard. The trees were on a steep slope. Rich and his workers did a great job. They arrived on time, and worked professionally, with precision. They also did it very quickly, in less than a day. We are very happy that we hired this company. Their rate was also the most reasonable among five bids we received. Excellent work!!

Be warned at hiring in the summer storm season. We hired them to cut down standing dead trees that could fall and hit the house. This was all planned, drawn out and agreed upon. The site manager/crew supervisor was not the same person who gave us the plan and estimate. I barely turned my back on the crew at work only to realize they were cutting down ALL trees, dead and alive. It's now a horrible eyesore of 15 foot stumps and it ruined our privacy screen to neighbors back yard. Additionally we paid to have the trees mulched and for them to leave the mulch with us. They hauled the mulch away
