We had a very large tree removed from our backyard, it was surrounded by a shed, privacy fence and a pool. There was not much room at all but they were able to do it all in one day with very little cleanup. They also came back another day to remove some large roots that became visible. We highly recommend!

Had 2 large maples removed. Close to house. limited access. They put down matting and managed to get that bucket truck behind my house...very touchy maneuver...with no damage to house or yard. Removed the maples with crane, chipped, stumped, removed grindings. then gave a haircut to overhanging limbs over my roof. Very friendly crew. In at 8..gone by 11 Wayne was the boss and he was great. Cleaned up the debris and you can hardly tell they were here. would recommend highly. John

These guys were great . took out 2 trees in very tight space and electric wires running beside the huge tree one was very tall other one hanging over neighbors house . on time got right to it excellent machine operators, great finesse guys are pros no doubt . i certainly will recommend them and will be calling again when ready to have a couple more removed

I have used GP Tree for several of my homes and projects. We are general contractors and we prefer GPT because of their professionalism, promptness, impressive clean-up after a tree removal, and full service including stump grinding. It is not easy finding reliable tree experts and this is the best we have found in the Summit / Portage / Stark County areas. Call GP Tree!

Great company to do business with. Used them for the third time but this time for a large job to remove 8 trees from behind our home. They a nice job and take pride in their work and clean up really good when they are done. They even used mating to protect our yard. I will definitely use them again.

GP Tree service took out a few trees in my backyard that were pretty much DOA. The guys were booked however, they got the job done within a fair amount of time - due to summertime tree trimming blitz of the season: summer. Very competitive in pricing and the service was extremely excellent!! I would recommend them completely without a second thought hands down!

My electric company sends out fliers with your bill that provide you with discounts for local services. When I called to inquire, they recommend GP Tree Service but I wish I had gone with Quesenbury Tree Service instead.

If you are looking for someone to take out dead trees, these might be your guys. However, if you are looking for someone to trim live trees, look elsewhere! They sold us on their experience in shaping trees. The end result is a disaster. My trees are a mess. When I had them come back to fix the issues, they left me with a quote for the same cost as their original work. If I conducted business this way, my company would be closed. Very disappointed!
