We bought our Engineered Maple Wood Flooring from Wholesale Wood Warehouse in San Diego and they suggested Kevin from Velasquez flooring to do the demo and install. We couldn't be more happier with our decision to use them.
They Demo'd our entire 1st floor of existing 20 year old engineered wood flooring and our staircase going up to our 2nd level. They were prompt, professional, did a great job cleaning up each day and did an exceptional job with the install. In fact, we will be doing our hallway upstairs next month and they will be the installers.

My husband recently hired Kevin and crew to install vinyl flooring in my condo and we were so impressed with them! They worked with us to get the project within our budget (we did the demo, they did all the prep work and the install) and the finished product looked great! There was a bit of a delay as they had to wait a few days for the self leveler to dry but altogether it took only 6 days to finish! Would definitely recommend them.

Can't rave enough about the install process and quality of work! I was referred to Kevin by Robert from WWW, where I purchased my floors. Setting up an appointment for an instillation estimate was quick and easy. Upon meeting him my family and I were very pleased with his knowledge of flooring and he had an answer for all of my questions and concerns. Kevin is professional, easy going and a pleasure to work with. He gave us a fair price and was flexible with the install date. We have a full house of furniture and items, but Kevin and his colleague Oscar, were very gracious and moved everything

Kevin did an excellent job in our home. They finished installing 3 bedrooms at a reasonable time. He and his crew were on time, clean, and informative with the process of work. I had a lot of questions to ask about the job and he responded without hesitation. The end result of our bedrooms was excellent. Will definitely call them back to finish the rest of my home.

I'm not a push over when it comes to ratings (see my recent rating on my solar installation company). Kevin and his crew did an excellent job on what I'll characterize as a challenging installation, due to the existing condition of the sub-floor. Since our remodel was done in stages, he was willing to return to the job site when requested to complete the floor. We are thankful to Wholesale Wood Flooring for recommending this company as an installer.

Kevin and his crew were AMAZING! They were clean and on time, and did a superb job. We made a couple changes along the way including asking for a herringbone pattern in our entryway and they were eager and willing to do whatever we asked. Everything turned out beautiful! They've even been great after the job was done, our builder took a long time to provide appropriate shoe molding for us around our cabinets and Kevin even went to the supplier and picked it up for us even though it was out of the way. We were sorely disappointed by this company. Willie came to our house to estimate our new flooring installation. He told us to buy either laminate flooring or engineered wood flooring and have them do a floating installation. He offered to remove three closets that we did not need, so that they could install new flooring where the closets had been. The scope of the job was: remove three closets, remove old flooring, and install new flooring for $5,000. I asked Kevin (Willie's son) to provide a formal estimate, and he said he would email it to me. He did not send me an estimate.
