We used this company last year they quoted a price than wanted more money didn’t match our floors so now we have different color floors. I just let a neighbor know only to find out Raul was bad mouthing us cause of their mistakes . So even if it’s in writing I don’t trust theirs business work ethics, not a good honest company.

While I was having my floors repaired, the worker Raul Sanchez had his son help him which was fine, but he weighs 350+ and when he walked on my floor, he broke through the floor, causing the whole house to shake. Unfortunately, the company won’t repair it because they don’t believe the owners large son is the reason for my floor breaking.
