My experience was similar to other users here. This is "NOT" a foundation company, they are general contractors. They use other companies to do the work. They don't have own expertise in foundation. As a customer you don't have any control over quality of work, as you don't know if the sub contractor is qualified. Also, not honest with their warranty terms and post work support. I suggest using an actual foundation company.

I highly recommend this company! I rarely write reviews, but they definitely deserve this review. TJ was very professional, communicative, and made sure the job was done on time. The crew was also professional, and cleaned up. They saved the day!

Called them for a quote came out the next day and was ready to do the work by the end of the week. Best customer service and was cheaper than any other quotes I received. I was worried about the experience of needing to have work done but they definitely put my mind at ease. Would recommend to anyone who needs foundation work.

We used Lincoln Jacob Construction for a remodel after Hurricane Harvey completely flooded us! They gutted our whole place and rebuilt it all from just studs! They did a fantastic job! It looks so beautiful now! They did every single thing from drying it out, mold testing, insulation and Sheetrock, plumbing, electrical , painting, floors, tile... etc! I trusted Jake and Ariel and the company manager to just handle it all for me, and they did! They arranged for workers to come and get the job done! I highly recommend them for any project you have, no matter how big or small it is!!!

LJC Foundation Repair is spectacular! They did an amazing job for us last week. Oct. 2020! Efficient, extremely professional, no hidden surprises and lots of communication and they texted progression pictures as they did the job keeping us informed as to what was happening through every phase. I have to admit I was very nervous because I had a loved one living in the house and wanted to be sure that it would be safe and secure and LJC more than delivered. If you need foundation repair... THIS IS THE COMPANY TO USE. We could not have asked for a better experience!
