DuraTech did a fantastic job for our foundation. They added new blocks and a vapor barrier. They were on time and really response, plus after getting 3 bids, they were the most competitively priced. They were the only company I could find that would offer lifetime adjustments on a pier and beam house in the Heights.

We had some cracks popping up along the side of our house in the brick. My husband ignored the problem until one of our doors started coming off the hinges. I called Steve at Duratech after I realized that we had to do something quick. He sent someone out same day. I have to say that Steve and his crew were an absolute joy to deal with. They showed up on time the day of the appointment and were completely done by 2pm. What’s more they left my property like they found it. The professionalism was beyond superb, the workers were promt and very respectful of my place. Thtey were friendly.
My foundation was in desperate need of repair and from beginning to end i knew what the job was gonna be. The prices are reasonable . i ha ve had no issues with the work.

I highly encourage you to find a different foundation repair service. My home came with a lifetime warranty. I noticed a crack in the ceiling likely due to foundation settling. I have been trying for six months to get Steve to repair the foundation after an initial measurement. The person who did the measurements, Alex, also seemed to be equally displeased with Steve and their business. I have called at least once a week in the past six months. They will pretend to not know who you are if you are lucky enough to get them to answer you phone call. Each time they feign to struggle to find your home

The job was never completed and it wasn’t even what we paid for , the driveway looks terrible and it’s been over 4 months and we still have not heard from anyone , we have called Steve several times with no responses , we also paid for the foundation to be repaired , and I’m really concerned that it might not be a good job either because of the poor job on our driveway , I waited so long to have a nice driveway and when this happened it was really sad for me . I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone . My husband also put a claim into the BBB. I’m very overwhelmed !!!

Gregg's team was very professional, and prompt. They did as we asked about watching out for our spinkler lines and wires. That was important, because it's very expensive to repair, so their attention to that detail was very appreciative. Thanks DuraTech, and we have already started recommending them to our neighbors.

Duratech used wood pieces to shim up the foundation on a block and beam house. This is not per code and I am having to re-do the work that they charged me $7k for.
I also made the mistake of relying on Greg's advice on the amount of venting I need in my crawl space. He assured me that the house doesn't need any additional vents when it realistically only had 1 vent.
The warranty they provide is also not worth the paper it's printed on as they don't follow up and address the issues that came up.
Don't make the mistake I made. I am now contracting with a proper company to solve the issues comprehensively

Greg was on time to our appointment, he explained every aspect of the process during the inspection and informed us of the price that day. Two days later he emailed us the estimate along with the warranty and engineering information and to his credit the price was slightly less than first discussed.
We hired Duratech approximately 1 week after receiving the estimate to complete the work.
