George (the owner) set the appointment up with me.
It was a little nerve racking because I was by myself at home and was concerned about having a random guy in my house because of all the crazy things you hear now a days, but from the moment I met George he was sincere and very respectful. He made me feel comfortable from the beginning.
The service was great. No hidden costs. My couches are now smelling great and clean. I definitely recommend you using this company's services as I will again!

George is AMAZING! We have used him for over 6 years now. He has done both our carpet and tile grout. I am always so impressed with his work. We have three young kids and two dogs and when he leaves our carpets are spotless, like new!!! He just did our kitchen grout too and it looks like the first day we moved in (and we've been there 5 years now)!
