This is the 4th or 5th time we've used Zerorez & are always happy with the results. This was the first time we did grout cleaning. Connor did a great job on all of the services - carpets, grout & area rugs! He was extremely polite, knowledgeable & professional! Anthony performed our carpet and furniture cleaning service, and he did a phenomenal job. We’d been putting this off for far too long, and finally decided to get everything cleaned professionally. It was so easy to book my appointment online. Zerorez texted me a couple of days before my appointment to confirm and Tony showed within the window of time I selected. The tech was very nice and tried his best. They were unable to remove the sticky residue we called about. It’s from plastic cover being placed on carpet to protect during move in. Carpet is under a year old. All I ask is these companies be honest and say the cannot remove this. Now I have to try again.

Such a great experience! Even the lady I spoke to on the phone when scheduling the service was so sweet, and so helpful making sure I was getting the best deal I could and really took the time to make sure she understood what I wanted done. This was my first go at carpet (and large area rugs) and grout cleaning since becoming a homeowner (8yrs ago! 😬) and I couldn’t have asked for a better technician. He was super professional, right on time, and shared helpful knowledge that will allow me to get a few more years out of my carpeting.

Tyree did an excellent job cleaning my carpet, tile and sofa. I thought the total price was very reasonable for the amount and quality of work done. A little late arriving but it was not a big deal since I was home anyway. Definitely recommend.

The carpet were cleaned well and I was pleased. The only note I have is that the technician left my tile floors dirty. He did not wear shoe coverings and tracked dirt through out the tiled areas of my home (which is the majority of my home’s flooring area). After he left I spent the next hour cleaning my tile floors. I would recommend shoe coverings for the technicians. However, our carpets were spotless after the service and I was happy about that. I was pleased with the service I paid for and the price was fair.
