Pedro and his team did an awesome job taking care of the water damage I experienced. SWF installed new floors in February, 2018. When I notified them of possible water damage in November, 2020, Pedro came out and assessed the damage and we agreed on the best way of remediation. I am 100% satisfied with the results and will continue to call SWF for all of my flooring/water damage needs.

Great company to work with, throughout the whole process I was impressed with the professionalism and the response with my water damage. The Inspector who came to my house knew exactly what to do when came across what he saw also the technicians as well. Thank you SWF for taking care of my issues and give me a peace of mind. I can't say enough good things about SWF Water Damage! They were prompt and took care of my water damage problem perfectly. The customer service I received was excellent, they were a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them for any water damage issues you may have. I will also be using their sister company Shadow Wood Flooring to replace my damaged flooring since I was so impressed with their workmanship.

Came home after working all day to carpets completely soaked, upon investigating I realized that my hot water tank had burst. I called SWF Water Damage and in no time and they arrived. They were very friendly and professional after assessing the situation they began to start the clean up process. Removing base boards, pulling up carpets, and investigate everything for water damage. I have to say they not only did a great job but they kept reassuring me that everything was going to be ok. The tech came on day 2 to check how things were responding and he informed me of his concerns. SWF Water Damage
