I am pleased to say Classic Carpet did an outstanding job of helping us select the appropriate carpet for our house. They then proceeded to deliver and install the carpet exactly as planned. The service couldn't have been better and we are very pleased with our new rug. And by the way, they were less expensive than the vendor referred by Costco. We are planning on using them for our next project.

Found "Classic Carpet & Rug " on Yelp and decided to stop in for a visit to look over their carpet varieties for our new room. Ester showed me around and educated me on different types of carpet they carry and the padding they supply. I picked a few carpet samples out and took them home. A few days later went back to the store and put down a deposit to get my carpet ordered. Jack came out to my house to get the measurements of the room. They called me when the carpet came in and we got scheduled for its installation. The professional carpet installer Carlos Arredondo did the padding

I can't recommend Classic Carpet and Rug enough. Outstanding selection and customer service. Dan is a true professional. As an interior designer I've worked with him on a number of projects. Occasionally, as much as we try to avoid them, there is a problem. That's when you know who you are dealing with. Dan does whatever needs to be done to resolve problems and he does it with a smile.

Jack spent a great deal of time helping us pick a set of carpets we would really enjoy. They have a great selection and Jack was very responsive throughout the whole process. The installers came on time and did good work. They finished ahead of schedule and asked us for feedback along the way. Overall a very good experience.

Easy 5 stars for jack at classic carpet. He was so kind, informative and patient with us as we picked out a large area rug. He found the perfect solution to our budget and was so nice. They have a wonderful selection of remnants and if your budget permits, gorgeous carpets to order. Big fan of classic carpet and the kindness of jack and his colleagues.

Jack is a great salesman and very informative. He is very easy to do business with and made us feel very comfortable. We were looking for a carpet for our basement. We want to turn our basement into a TV room. The installers were great. They did an excellent job and they arrive on time. They are very neat and clean in their work.
