The magic of Oriental carpet restoration takes place on our store premises, where our team of expert craftsmen hand cleans and restores rugs by reweaving (repairing holes and worn areas in the pile), removing stains, and fixing any damage required by our clients. We recommend cleaning your carpet regularly in order to retain its condition, longevity and value.
We regularly prepare rug appraisals for private clients, fiduciary advisors, major insurance companies, and estate executors. They meet a wide-array of needs, including asset management, probate and succession, informed estate and tax planning, insurance purposes, any prior inquires about property acquisition, collateral loan agreements, gift tax documentation, and charitable contributions.

Wife had large (15x20?) oriental cleaned, had a pet stain, charged over $1000. When returning that rug, owner agreed to take and clean second large oriental (no visible stains but 15 years old) for $800 “since he was already here”. I had some workers here and they helped load it. When ready for delivery, owner tells me I need to have men here again to help his guys bring in rug. Odd, but ok I arranged delivery for when crew was here. Get it all in, assuming cleaned well, still looks fine. Owner hands me bill for $1066! Says it’s “only a few dollars more” than $800. So now I’m paying
