We got floors installed by this place. They removed our carpet and installed a laminated floor. Paid off but the job was never finished. They will give you an alibi all the time and will promise you it will be done next week. Few months after, still unfinished. No matter what race you are or us being Asian, never ever deal with this place. You want to get screwed? Go ahead buy and let them install it….!!!!!!!!!’n

Rob came over to give us an estimate. He first spent almost an hour telling us a story about his 7 bedroom house in garden city while in our two bedroom condo... And constantly bragged about being an ex cop who prides himself on being able to spot a lair. I've never seen a salesman flex so much. It was embrassing.
After telling him it was a high estimate compared to others we had gotten, we were told not to use our guy. "He doesn't know how to install carpets." Rob must know who my GC is and used him before I guess?

It was never explained to me that my carpet was being ordered only that my deposit was to hold my “request for an order for 2 months” now due to Covid and my pay reduction I can’t afford the carpet. They ordered the carpet without me knowing. Carpet Depot will not give me my deposit back! Be aware !

Had a GREAT experience. Danny F. was my salesperson.. excellent.. no pressure.. very accommodating (as I changed my mind a few times). Alec was very accommodating when I had to change install date, and added another carpet/room. Very nice staff that seem to really like each other.. which transferred to their treatment of me. I chose to go to Carpet Depot instead of Home Depot to get personalized attention because I knew install would need to be flexible, and very happy I did for selection, to price, to install, etc. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE LEVITTOWN LOCATION.

Went to this store to buy carpet for 3 rooms and a stairway. I walked in the store then another man a couple minutes later also came into the store. Store clerk walks over and asked if I needed help and I said I don’t see the price on the carpet that was in front of me. So he asked which one I wanted the price for so I went to look to see which one I wanted him to price for me then the other man said I need help now. The salesman just walked away from me to sell the other man a piece of carpet for a hallway which was just completely rude to just walk away from a customer your supposed to be helping

Over priced and ruined brand new paint job. The salesman who helped me was less than interested and just rude, like it was bothering him to help me in the store. The installers absolutely ruined the whole baseboard and new door. Now I have to pay to have it repainted and repaired. When I pointed it out to the installers they looked and me blankly and said nothing. They also tucked the extra carpet under the baseboard instead of trimming it down. I would never use this company again. I wish I read the other reviews first before goin with them.

Soooo we go to the store we are quoted 593 for carpet they tell us they can come in 2 days great. They come to measure there free estimate is now $45. They call us and quote us at almost $900 saying it's an odd size room. We cancel and they charge us $45. I said ur website says free they say in home estimate free but when u pick what u want in store it's not. Rocky calls us accusatory asking why we called the store directly which we didn't store called us and offered it 200 less. Obviously they were trying to rip us off so we declined their services. Told us to call another number
