I love love love my rug I got its gorgeous!! I am totally going back for more for the rest of the house!!! Can't judge from the picture I thought it was great just from the image but when I got it home and unwraped it omg!! Perfection!!!!

I could not be happier with this beautiful Rugs America Prussian Sundara rug. I like that it doesnt move around the floor even when you walk around it, it has good backing. I can’t stand when you have a rug that you constantly have to move back into place. The feel of the fibers makes you want to be barefoot just to slide your feet across it. It has a firmness to it while being smooth and softly cushioning each step.
I like the aesthetic of the Misty grey, sandy beige, and ocean blue along with the pattern. It already has that worn look to it so even after years of use it should still maintain

I purchased a rug the rug is constantly shredding I have other rugs in my home from different companies and none of them shred like this one. I want my money back this merchandise is ridiculous.

We ordered two matching rugs from this company after purchasing a new home last fall. One was a runner for under the dining room table and the other for the family room. The rugs are falling apart as the fibers are constantly coming loose from the base with very little traffic. We would appreciate replacement rugs for a 5 star review.

Ordered a $300 rug in November. It was supposed to be delivered in December. They never ordered it. Told I could either wait until April or cancel the order. I chose to wait. April arrives-no communication so I call to see whats the status. Informed that they dont have the rug and that they can give me a different color or wait until end of May. They vouldnt guaruntee the rug in May either. If i could give a negative review I would.

I purchased a handmade loop pile rug. The threads keep coming out and the customer service told me I have to keep cutting the loops with scissors. They told me this was normal that the loops come out and just cut them. I would be spending at least 30 minutes every day cutting loops until there was no rug left! The first rug was replaced, the second rug did the same thing and when is when they told me keep cutting!
