With over 34 years in the heating and air conditioning business, Climate Doctors, LLC was started in 2012 by Michael and Kathy Streich in Arizona, an expansion of their California based company, "Air Doctors of CA, Inc.", which they started in 2000. The decision to start a business in Arizona was largely due to the extended summers here as opposed to the often mild winter and summer seasons that occur in California.
Air conditioning is a convenience that is easily taken for granted! Air conditioners are a critical appliance that needs annual maintenance to keep them running at their optimum performance and efficiency. Neglecting your A/C will cause it to run harder and inefficiently which will result in higher energy bills and could possibly cause major breakdowns.
Michael responded right away to my request for help. We set up a time and he arrived as scheduled. He tracked down the problem, brought in the problem wires and additional photos. An hour later we had a functioning air conditioner and photos of a new line that looked like new. Professional and extremely competent.

After all these years, I finally had a GREAT experience with having an air conditioner repaired. Michael diagnosed the issue, took pictures and reviewed the issues he felt needed repair.
He gave tips on air filters that would be best for our system. His 30 years experience really showed.
He charged $385 for the repair, which I was previously quoted $3,512...can you believe that? What a difference an honest and trustworthy person like Michael can make.

Mike was awesome. Good fair pricing and good quality work. No roundabout answers. He actually explained the whole ac system and was able to fix my ac that night with a part that was able to get it done but not to his standards. To my surprise he was here the very next morning with the part and installed it. Just superb work from an honest man.
