Team Air-zona installed a new AC system in my home yesterday. I did get quotes from other AC companies before deciding on them. They are extremely professional, really know AC and heating systems, and pricing was very competitive. I really appreciate thier no BS quote and explanation of what work needed to be done. They were no pressure in respect to sales and very easy to work with, they are also very detail oriented which I greatly appreciate. Air out on an Arizona summer day is an emergency, even on a Saturday. This company answered my call, scheduled me right away, and came within a few hours. Robert was cheerful, clean and respectful. He told me exactly what the problem was, how much the repair would be, and fixed it on the spot. He reports that even if they have to order parts a repair will not take more than three days. We've used Team AIR-Zona twice now and are extremely pleased. Both Dustin and Robert have serviced our HVAC system and are not only thorough in their inspection, but highly knowledgeable. They have been able to explain everything to us that's going on with our current system and provide several different options and recommendations. We appreciate not feeling like we are being "upsold" to the most expensive repair. In fact, they've given their opinion of temporary and/or long-term options for us so we didn't need to spend the money to replace the entire system.

We were in real need of a new AC unit. The first call I made for a quote was to Team Air-zona and they were here within a few hours. No hard sell or attempt to sell me more than I needed. I knew I was talking… to a pro! The quote was fair and complete and we had an install scheduled within days! The day of the install was like clockwork. I put out a request for a quote and it was like sharks in a frenzy for chum in the water. There are all kinds of responses including rather clueless ones, and a range of prices both in service call and in refrigerant.

Amazing. Literally got home and had no AC when it was 107 degrees outside and in the house was 90.
Called up these guys and Robert was here within about an hour. From the time he got here, he figured out the problem in just a few quick minutes!

I hardly write reviews, but these guys are AWESOME! Dustin and Robert we're friendly, knowledgable, and fair. They even gave me a few additional pointers while here. It's really nice when you walk away from a service like this and don't question whether or not you we're taken advantage of purely due to lack of inexperience in the field.

Both of my units stopped working. I called at 8pm to leave a vm hoping someone would call me back in the am and I was pleasantly surprised to find a person answering on the other end. I explained the issues we were experiencing and I was given a few recommendations but I chose to have them come out the next day to let me know what I was really dealing with. Was it a quick fix or did I need new units? They came out at the time agreed, gave us an honest opinion on how to handle the repair and had the work done within an hour. So so pleased with Team Air-zona! My air conditioning unit went out today in the 104 degree heat. One call and they were on their way. Dustin arrives and put on shoe protectors as he walked into my home, to protect my flooring. He inspected and took the time to explain everything to me. Pricing was better than any other company I have used in the past. Nicest guy ever! I will definitely be using this company for all my air conditioning and heating needs moving forward. Just had my air conditioning service by this company today. Robert and John we're very professional in troubleshooting, servicing, and ensuring that my ac system is running efficient. One of my heating units was not working correctly Robert found out the thermostat was installed incorrectly fixed it at no charge. Robert also changed my air filters at no charge. I would definitely highly recommend this company.

Last week was hot and my AC was not working. I contacted Air-Zona. They are professional and timely. I was very pleased with the response time to fix my AC. In addition they provide discount to military and civil servant. Dustin explain what was causing my AC to fail and explained what parts were being replaced. Overall, great job. Highly recommend them! These guys are great! I was referred to this company by a friend and was very pleased with their services. Now that it's starting to get hot out I've been having issues with my AC. I rented a 3bdrm home from VRBO for a long weekend off with some friends in Chandler. Long story short... when we turned on the ac it didn't work so we called the landlord. He got Robert from Team Air-Zona to show up within the hour. Robert was very professional. He diagnosed it and said it was a capacitor and fixed it right away.
