Best experience we've had in a long time with a service provider, maybe ever. They were amazing. They answered the phone on our first call, arrived on time, were very professional and honest, did the necessary work, cleaned up, and sent pictures of stages of the repair. Tidds Roofing was very responsive and provided excellent work. They provided a free estimate for my roof repairs on the same day and the work was completed within 48 hrs (delayed by weather). They were responsive to my texts and provided before and after photos for the roof repairs. I would highly recommend them for services needed.

Well, their google reviews are great and its no wonder! From the minute I called about a new roof, they were prompt, knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. Daniel did a great job managing our project and the roof looks great. A bonus was seeing how the owner treats his employees. . I initially called on a friday and when he got back to me the next day he said "Sorry, I took my guys fishing for a day". It speaks volumes about his business in the way employees are treated. I highly recommend Tidd's!!!

I highly recommend Tidds Roofing Group. I contacted them about an issue on our roof and I immediately got a response and an appointment for the next business day. Tidds was not the installer on our roof, yet they were quick to respond and troubleshoot our request and bend over backwards to help us. About 4 years ago we had roof issues due to high winds and hail that damaged most of our roof. I contacted Jeremy Tidds Roofing off of a neighbors referral and and he personally helped navigate us through an insurance claim to get an insurance inspector out and eventually helped get our insurance claim settled, His roof replacement work was excellent and his installers thorough and professional. We also had new 5 inch gutters installed which beings me to today. We noticed water spewing from one of the down spot seams and we called Jeremy and he had his project manager (Daniel Trantham) come over

Daniel was able to complete the gutter repair and replacing all the eave vents in a good time. The work met my full approval and left me satisfied the way it was done. Working with Jeremy from Tidds roofing company was great from start to finish. He was super nice and professional. I love that he is a locally owned small business. Everything from cost, how long shingles would take to come in, the date of installation and his crew being on time and hard working was exactly as he said it would be. The roof looks great. My wife and I recently called Jeremy to give us an estimate on our Roof. We had wind damage and when I called, he responded back within 15 minutes. Within an hour, I sent him the insurance adjusters amount they would pay. Jeremy accepted that, added extras we didn't even know would be available and we were able to schedule the job in a very short time. Tidd's Roofing did an awesome job on our roof which needed to be replaced because of hail damage. Jeremy met with the insurance claims adjuster and recommended different shingle options to fit our budget and to ensure great value. His crew started early, left late. Every day they cleaned up before they left for the evening. The used some kind of magnetized equipment to pick up nails that may have hit the ground. The crew was always respectful, did a very professional job, I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you all for our new roof.
