We were Very very pleased with the job that Brian Martin and his team did for us. Brian was a TRUE PROFESSIONAL and knew what he was talking about and answered All the questions we had about the inspection process, and he Handled the contact with our Insurance carrier, Nationwide. We were Completely Happy with the installation crew too, they showed up @ our house at 7am sharp and started the process and had the ole roof off by 9am and had the whole New Roof completed by about 5:30pm the same day. They cleaned up All of the area around the house and even rolled the yard and driveway with a magnet

Several years ago, many of our neighbors had to have their roofs replaced due to hail damage. At the time, we thought we were missing an opportunity to have our roof replaced which could be covered by insurance. However, the only thing we missed out on was rushed roof replacements. My co worker referred me to Empire Roofing because he had a bunch of neighbors who said great things. Bryan was our representative and came to our house to look at the roof the day I called. He came back to talk to us about the process of submitting a claim through our insurance. He was there when the insurance adjuster came to our house to represent us. We ended up getting a full roof replacement! We only had to pay our deductible which was great. Bryan is friendly and has good communication. The roof looks great and we are super happy with the whole process!

We used Empire to replace our roof due to wind & hail damage. Bryan was excellent to work with, helped us with every step of the process, and was always available to answer our questions. The day of the installation went exactly as we were told, the guys doing the work were very professional, and the results were amazing! The clean up afterwards was excellent and they even came back the following day to ensure that they got everything 100%.
Would DEFINITELY recommend Empire to anyone that needs their roof replaced!
