A & A installed my heater in 2008. I've used them ever since for any of my heating / maintenance needs. They are as their reviews show, very awesome. From the courteousness of the receptionist at the office, to the ability to be seen so quickly, to the professionalism of the techs and installers. Today was my favorite interaction with them. Johnny was just so awesome, from his knowledge, to his skillset, to his friendliness and professionalism, to his teaching me (the homeowner) little tricks of the trade in what he was doing. This is the worst business I've ever dealt with. They have come to replace my water heater several times because they can't seem to get it right. Horrible customer service who can't seem to be bothered to make a simple phone call to update you on when a technician may or may not be available. They are condescending when you have to call them and don't understand the basic human emotion of empathy. Save your money and go somewhere else because you'll be beyond frustrated if you ever have to deal with A&A. I wish I could rate them lower than 1 star.

I chose A&A as a referral from a friend. Evan was very helpful, helping me choose the new furnace and AC unit I wanted installed. Phillip and Mason, who installed the units were fantastic! They were friendly and were able get the work done quickly, absolute professionals! I highly recommend A&A, truly an outstanding team focused on quality work!

We are a plumbing service company and so I know what standards need to be met for providing first class service. Johnny came to our shop to service a poorly functioning AC system. He not only serviced our equipment in a very timely manner he was polite and very friendly, and I'm pleased to say Johnny is a asset to your company. In this day and age and especially in our industries trades people like him are hard to find. When you have people like Johnny representing your company it's like taking a breath of fresh air. I can say that without a doubt Alan and his team are professional and very knowledgeable about what they do. They are passionate in helping people with AC and heating units . They truly value their customers and will do everything to make sure customers are taken care of . I’m so glad my family trusted this company !
