Adam did fast and thorough work installing a fireplace fan and furnace blower motor. The prices were quite reasonable, and all the more so after taking advantage of their Customer Service Agreement, which at $30 for two years was well worth the cost, as it paid for itself immediately on this visit.

Outstanding! Bernice answered the phone right away, was professional yet friendly. Set up an appointment and the rep showed up in about 30 minutes. Joe not only found the problem, fixed it, but also explained our system to me, which includes two furnaces, a mini-zone controller board, two electrostatic filters, two HVAC humidifiers and two ultraviolet air purifiers. He even helped me finish installing smart thermostats. Very knowledgeable, very helpful and very professional. I’m now a loyal customer.

Excellent customer service. Kaleb arrived on time, was very polite (even asked if he should wear a mask), and very thorough. Unlike my previous HVAC company, which did next to nothing for a yearly service call (and charged more), Kaleb spent some time checking out every aspect of my furnace and humidifier. The cost was reasonable and with the discount for signing up for a 2-year service contract, even more so. I will definitely use them for all my HVAC needs going forward.

I had called several places letting them know my ac was broke and I had and infant in the household. Nobody could come out till Friday. NOT HIGH ALTITUDE! They called me first thing after a holiday weekend and had Joe out at my house by nine, ac fixed by ten! I could not of been happier and they care about my ac being broke with my baby! We just bought our house, needless to say moving forward they will now be our only go to for our heating and ac needs! Side note Joe took the time to tell us the best way to save on energy and take care of our systems! Thank you so much! I truly feel like they

I called High Altitude over the July 4 weekend due to a severe condensation leak from our air handler. Eric returned my call promptly after the weekend and Joe arrived the same afternoon. He quickly located a replacement condensation pan and installed it. More importantly, he determined that the leak was caused by the heat exchanger having melted a spot in the condensation pan, and he took the time to adjust the gas mixture and the fan speed in the heater to prevent a recurrence. I appreciate High Altitude's prompt response, Joe's expertise in diagnosing and fixing the root cause of the problem

High Altitude has been great. For routine maintenance, they are great. Most of their techs are helpful and efficient. Our a/c started acting up and we had a tech come out as an emergency after-hours appointment the same day. The guy said he fixed it, but about a week later the same issue was happening. This time it was on a weekend during a heat wave, and we had a newborn that could not sleep in the hot room. Admittedly, I called the emergency line SEVERAL times hoping someone would pick up or to hear back quickly as their website stated they have 24/7 emergency services available. However, no
