Same as cash options require a minimum finance amount of $1,000. Additional rates, may be available depending on equipment purchased. Billy installed a home humidifier that was an advertised special. Her was fast and very courteous. The job looks very clean and he took the time to explain operation of the humidifier. Humidifier special for $500 running through the end of December, if you’ve ever wanted one, now is the time to call SoCo heating and cooling. Thanks SoCo and Billy!

Fantastic service! They were able to get us an appointment first thing Monday morning after our heat had gone out over the weekend. After a quick and detailed explanation from their technician, Tim, he was able to get parts ordered and come back that afternoon to get our furnace running again. Will definitely be using them again!

We got a new hot water heater installed and Garrett and Chester did a fantastic job. They took the old water heater out built in the new one in just a blink. Very professional and after explaining the details, there were no questions . I was a bit surprises that the quoted price included everything - yes no additional taxes added.

Had a new furnace installed after our original broke. From quote to completed install took less than 1 week. Kyle and Devin did a great job on the installation. They were able to answer all my questions and adapted the installation to meet my requests on where things were run or mounted. Kyle spent time teaching me how to use the new thermostat as well as getting it all setup and linked to the app. Kyle and Devin even went out of there way to give attention to our 8 month old puppy. Great service from very skilled and professional technicians.

Absolutely one of the best heating and cooling companies you can deal with in Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. From time of estimate through completion absolute professionals in every way. Wayne was our estimator, Ben and Donelle were our installers. After replacing our furnace installing an AC and replacing our hot water heater they walked us through everything and made sure all our questions were answered, set up all the inspections and followed up with a call to make sure everything was good and we were happy. Even the folks in the office are very professional understanding and exceptionally

My daughter recommended I call SoCo after receiving a very high estimate for another company. My water heater needed to be replaced, and she had used SoCo just a few months ago for the same service. I called SoCo as soon as they opened, and they had someone out to my house for an estimate before 9 am the same day! Wayne was very thorough, and even confirmed that I did need a new water heater. Billy and Dan were scheduled to come to my house between 1 - 3 pm that same afternoon! Billy called me at 12:15 pm and said he was on the way and would be there in about 15 minutes! Had Soco out to bid and then install a new furnace and AC unit in Palmer Lake. “Billy and D” came out and worked their tails off till late in the day to get it done and were polite, clean, and pleasant. Ben and Wayne did the estimate and all involved called before arrival and showed up as scheduled. What more could you ask for? I Highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.
