Had a tree come down on our gate on a fence they installed a few years earlier. Went there and ordered a new gate. He never asked me the size, so I assumed he remembered. When the gate came in it was, of course, the wrong size. He refused to return it and get me the correct one. So here it sits in my garage waiting to get thrown out. Very poor business practices.

I called PVF and the owner came out, measured the place, told me a few anecdotes about his vacation home in Canada, and then left in his big shiny truck. About a week later, I get a quote for $11,543. Being a competitive quote kind of guy, I called Winchester Fence (no reply) and Berkshire Fence.
