Excellent experience from initial phone call with Steve giving thorough information, making appointment and follow up reminder to having Stanley, their outstanding technician, explaining everything as he went along. Showed many before and after photos. Replaced everything exactly where it was and answered any questions we asked. Would definitely recommend this company to everyone. With luck...they'll also get Stanley!!

I contacted another area service first who failed at every point of service including a no show for appt date and no call.
Better Air exemplifies SUPERIOR SERVICE from point of contact through completetion. Stanley was quite professional explaining and showing what was needed and what he did. Very personable and knowledable; he left everything clean and neat. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business!

Sam is more then a duct cleaning technician, he’s explained everything he was going to do. My house is a historical house in Needham that was rented for two years. Being a first time landlord, I didn’t think to check for mold when I would visit the house. Didn’t occur to me. Needless to say, when the renters left I found it!
