Called them at 10 am...had a tech out about an hour later 20 min to fix and conduct preventative maintenance... definitely worth the reasonable service charge

I don't often write reviews but in this case sincerely wanted to. I called Overhead Door and they got us on the schedule as soon as possible. Tim and Jake came out to our house a few times and were able to take care of the problem, they were so pleasant and helpful. Michelle in the office was great too. I'm very glad that we stayed local and went with Overhead Door.

Standard doors took 9 1/2 weeks to come in. invoice stated 3-4. I was tld they would be installed on a Tuesday and then didn't get installed until Wednesday. then no bulb was put in the garage door opener. very disappointed all around with the service

Installer complained and really didn't want to do the job for us. He left wires hanging sloppily. The opener itself works well.
