Professional and friendly from start to finish. Our garage door motor stopped working and I left a message with the office over the holiday. Brenda called back first thing in the morning to gather the details of the issue. Ashley then worked us into the schedule that day. Josh responded to the work order and quickly diagnosed, fixed the issue and thoroughly evaluated the motor, the wiring, the sensors, the spring and door assembly. I was very impressed with the quality of Josh's work and his communication skills.

Highly recommend. Madsen was referred to me by a friend after I had a few estimates that I thought were high. Most of them were booking out 4 to 5 weeks with the exception of one but they were the highest. Madsen came in the lowest ($2,125.00 less than the highest) and had the materials for 3 overhead doors and could install them within a week. They called the day before and showed up early and finished in the same day. The technician was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He and I reviewed the job and he got right to work.
