I earned an honorable discharge and gained employment with a local carpet cleaning company. It was a job I quickly learned and enjoyed. Have a feather down couch to be cleaned and the company owner wanted to soak it with no way of drying it out instead of dry cleaning it as discussed before hand. He would've completely ruined my couch. When I asked him about it he was extremely snappy, rude, and hateful. Extremely unprofessional.
