I sent my area rug off to be cleaned on May 20, 2021. I was told they would have it for 3-4 weeks. When I didn't hear from them by the end of the 4th week, I called. I was told they had not been able to clean it yet and they asked for another two weeks. I agreed. After not hearing anything after that time, I once again called. I was told the humid weather was causing a delay in drying. I waited another week and was told 'not yet'. After 8 weeks, they finally called and said my rug was ready. Completely ruined my baseboards all over my new house, the machine broke and flooded my floors and also my garage because the cords broke too! The worker that was here was so nice and his hands were tied with the bad equipment he was given. Four months later they are dragging their feet to fix my baseboards. Would not recommend unless you want your baseboards damaged and residue left all over your floor that you can’t get up for about 3 weeks!!

We rescued a puppy for Christmas, he was supposedly housebroken. He struggles with it, especially when we let him out of his "spot" when we get home from work. ChemDry's pet urine removal treatment worked wonders! Our technicians name was Tyrone, and he explained that the odor MIGHT get worse before it gets better, but that after a couple days it should be gone. And it was. I never knew that pet urine can cause odor for up to 5 years. That's insane, and kind of disgusting. Massive mistake hiring them!! The job was clearly way too much for them and they tried anyway leaving me with a bill and now having to hire and pay someone else to fix EVERYTHING!! Promised a quote before starting the job and all I got was 30min's/room....3hrs later they finished the master bedroom. Tried working with them to make it right and here we are two weeks later only to have their guy tell me that he's only here to evaluate the job not start it....Their equipment quit working in the first room yet continued working knowing they couldn't do it right and I also had to buy

Warning! Do Not Use!! Horrible experience! Had to reclean my carpet and furniture myself afterwards. The worst part is I allowed Chemdry to take my $8,000 "White" Persian Rug for cleaning and after two weeks, they claimed that it wasn't ready yet. After making several more calls for several more days, they delivered my rug. It was wet, green, had large grey spots all over it, frayed, and basically ruined! I paid over $600 for the carpet cleaning and rug cleaning and they destroyed my rug and left my carpet looking like it had never been cleaned. I called every day several times

Absolutely AWFUL!!! I made an appointment set it for 2 days later, got called back with a confirmation. NO SHOW!!. I called them after the posted time ( 3 hour window mind you) and got an apology " cant reach the technician" will you reschedule? What could I do? I had wasted a whole day off work waiting. Made a second appt for the same cleaning 189.00 for 5 rooms. Same thing happened all over again, NO SHOW, NO CALL. Chemdry called after the alloted time an asked did I want to reschedule again? My dog managed to have an accident on one of my couch cushions and instead of buying a completely new couch I decided to hire this company to do what they advertised. Unfortunately their ads are a tad misleading. The tech who picked up my couch cushion informed me that it would be done within a week. It has been two weeks now and I have yet to receive my couch cushion.

Not my favorite Chem Dry experience! The 1 guy showed up. Upcharged me for stain treating and light moving yet moved 1 chair and on end table at MOST. He was not very good at communicating. I was not sure what I was paying for or what I was getting. He drug the hoses and scrapped my woodwork and scuffed my walls and didn't even care. He then cut through my dining room with his big equipment dripping soap/solution on my hand scrapped wood floors when there was another way to get to the other room. When I put chairs in the path to block the path and cleaned the solution, he said nothing, moved
