A septic system is a type of OWTS (On Site Water Treatment System), consisting of a septic tank that collects all the sewage. The sewage separates into a solid (sludge) that settles to the bottom, and a liquid effluent that then flows into a leach field for final treatment by the soil. The size and frequency of pumping your system depends on the number of occupants in your home.
Repairing or replacing a malfunctioning system due to many different factors can cost between $3,000 and $7,000 for a conventional system. Regular maintenance fees of $250 to $300 every three to four years is a much better price compared to the cost of repairing or replacing a malfunctioning system saving you lots of dough!
Many people don't realize or see the sign of a bad septic tank until it's much too late. If you are purchasing your first home it's a good idea to learn the value of septic pumping service as well as the danger signs of a tank in trouble.

Services
Garbage Disposal- the septic system is not a garbage disposal system. What you may have been throwing in the toilet or putting in the sink garbage disposal with your city sewage system may be wrong for your septic system. Foul odors are one of the biggest red flags that your septic tank isn't performing the way it should be.

Very happy with these guys. They put a septic in a little over a year ago, recent monsoons caused a lot of settling in the dirt above the leach field. They were out the day after I called to put more fill on it. Of course I was concerned there were bigger problems but David explained everything. Thanks guys.
