I had a pretty severe drainage problem coming from an adjacent parking lot that created a 6 foot deep void under my parking area. URETEK was able to fit my job into some other work, saved me some money and probably prevented some significant liability for tenants parking over the void. Good communication, timely response and a very fair price for the work.

She took the time to review the plans of previous work that had been done before we bought the house and recommended we not take action at this time. Spent $4,000 on piers, foundation failed between the piers. I do a warranty claim and they offer to adjust the piers. Long story short, I hire Uretek and pay about he same price. They fix the area where the piers are and 3 other areas. 4 times the square footage for about the same price as the piers. I have had 2 easy warranty claims where Uretek came out and touched up a spot or two. No hassle. No man holes. No damage to my floors. Could not be happier. If you need foundation work on the interior of your building, do yourself a favor and call Uretek.

Best foundation repair in DFW! This polifill product is amazing and was absolutely the best solution for my foundation. Plus no floor damage thanks to the dime sized holes they drilled after I pulled up individual boards from my laminate floor. With the help of a hair dryer the laminate boards went right back down, incredible!

Talking with neighbors regarding house foundation issues at an HOA meeting. Someone recommend me to use Uretek. Never knew about this process. What caught my attention was the Zero Excavation AD. Neighbor also told me not to let pier companies convince me to dig holes to do interior piers because it was a mess plus i had to restore floors or carpet and it will cause gaps eventually under walls. I had work done by Uretek ICR last year with satisfactory results. As any homeowner burdened with foundation repairs knows, foundations move. Especially when the soil underneath the foundation is predominately clay. The only way to minimize movement is to try and keep the soil moisture content as consistent as possible.
