John is absolutely wonderful. His inspection and report were very thorough. Outlining the problems with pictures as well as very detailed recommendations and remediation plan. In fact, two mold remediation companies had commented how great he is at what he does and how they appreciate his detailed reports. He was also just a phone call away when I called him in a panic during my remediation. Great guy that cares! Highly recommend.

John is highly professional and thorough. He is responsive to texts and phone calls equally. We had a basement flood and hired him to check for mold in our whole house. He is extremely thorough and details all his findings. I had questions after he had sent his report to us and he never failed to call me back or patiently answer my questions. I highly recommend him.
