What are some signs to look for to determine if my current roofing system needs to be replaced?. Any visible cracked, warped, or missing shingles are red flags. A leak, of course, is the most obvious sign that your roof needs to be looked at. Some things you may notice are attic leakage, blistering or peeling paint, interior decay, etc. Don't just look for a drip coming from the ceiling.

Great company and great people. Jamco handled everything in my roof replacement from meeting the insurance agent for inspection all the way to a beautiful new roof. They helped me get the most from my insurance, assisted me through the whole process of making a claim, and worked hard to get me the most for my money. Jamco is the only company I would call for any roofing needs.
