After a year battling with our insurance company, we had pretty much given up on getting a new roof. My roof and gutters were badly damaged by the recent hail storm and Freddy at Blue Hammer helped me get it all taken care of through my insurance. He made the process so seamless, helping coordinate with the public adjuster, overseeing my claim and helping ensure the insurance company paid to correct the damages.

The worst roofers you could hire to fix your roof. We hired them after the hail damage. They came and did the initial briefing.
I feel the material was of very low quality, the workmanship was very poor. Our roof looks ugly. Shingles are sticking out everywhere, it is not adhered properly, it looks like is a hundred year old roof now.
Even their quality inspection guys came out to check and they found sponges, debris under the shingles which kept them from sitting flush.
I addressed it to the owner, who came with a ladder and a hammer to try to fix it.
They had to send someone about 10 times

The team at Blue Hammer Roofing was fantastic! From roof inspection, emergency tarping, insurance approval, and roof installation, everything was top notch. Ali, was our contractor. He was always available, very timely and extremely friendly but never pushy. He followed up with our insurance company multiple times, submitted fair estimates, got our job fully approved and was very professional. Our project supervisor Stu was also great. Blue Hammer Roofing team did an excellent job of installing my new roof, and best of all they prepared for cleanup before starting the job by protecting the yard and landscaping from falling debris and the job was completed in one day. It was a pleasure working with this company during a less than convenient time for me (after the winter storm). Ryan and Nehal ensured that my needs were taking care of on a timely basis.

Blue Hammer team is professional and they mean what they say. They completed the work before time with adding more man power as there was thunderstorm forecast. After 5 hours of roof installation heavy rain and hails started , I saw the next day in the morning and there was no leak and everything was perfect. I strongly recommend them. Special thanks to Ashton Lewis who did the best job from Blue Hammer team !!!

Wow! one of the few companies I have worked with that communicated effectively. If I had a question Pedro got back to me ASAP. He is truly a professional in this business. The crew worked Smart, Safe and Cleaned up very well. I just love working with a former Military person and Pedro brings great credit to Blue Hammer and the US Marines. If I was still running a business I would hire him away from blue Hammer. Give this guy a raise.
