Past company charged me for a green pool and charged me for repairs that failed to address the problem. Pool Smith located the problem and fixed the pool. Additionally, they were able to remove stains from stairs that other company could not remove. They are professional and I can always trust their judgement calls and their suggestions.

Our safety covers from LOOP LOC are strong enough to hold an elephant so you know they can easily support pets and children! They will keep out leaves, sunlight and with a solid cover they can even keep out rain water.

I used Pool Smith for a few years and they provided a good service. I called this year, numerous text messages and phone calls, but I haven't heard anything back. I believe my service has been cancelled but I am not sure why. I was even worried that something may have happened to the owner Brandon, but I have since confirmed that it hasn't. I haven't received a courtesy call, email or anything, such a disappointment and very unprofessional.

Brandon and Chris are awesome! They did a major pool tile repair last year and it still looks great! They have fixed and maintained my 20 year old pool and all equipment. They are knowledgeable, honest, and very reasonably priced. They worked within my budget, and didnt try to oversell me. Hire them! (I never write reviews, but they really are the best)

Brandon the owner of the company was hired over the phone without meeting me or my husband. He began doing a ok job cleaning and we paid him electronically. Once he found out the we we're Africa Americans he began to miss scheduled cleaning days. He also lied about showing up to clean the pool, thinking we were not at home. Brandon was not customer friendly and made us feel like he didn't really want our business but he continued to provide great customer service to our "white" neighbors. If you are a person of color this is not the pool cleaning service for you. God Bless You

I have to tell anyone who reads this review and then uses these guys will not and I repeat not be disappointed. In the 4yrs. of having to manage a pool ,these guys are truly the most competent and professional! Hands down. The before and after pictures, say it all 6 visits and we're back to swimming. In the past companies try to gouge you and basically they just don't want to do the job, because they don't know how. This team was worth every bit of what was paid! You won't use any else!
