The moving team and the office people were very courteous and professional. You can't beat the price and peace of mind it provided us. Nate and TJ did an excellent job communicating, packing, and unloading, BOTH TRIPS! The extra steps they took to make sure all our items were secured and protected, made it such a quality job. Kyle even made an extra trip to make sure our treadmill was assembled correctly. Had us moved in no time, even with our awkward items! Can't recommend Spokane Pro Movers enough, thank you so much.

We have had five major moves in our life and have lived as far away as Indiana. We rank Spokane pro as #1 in all the movers we’ve experienced. TJ, Nate, and Corey were excellent. They showed up on time which was a first for us. They were professional, efficient, and took care of our valuables. Nothing was damaged and they knocked the job out quicker than we expected. We definitely recommend this crew and the company!

Kyle and TJ were absolutely phenomenal with ensuring our moving experience was as smooth as possible. They cared about everything we had concerns about and were incredibly professional. They regularly checked in with us during the moving day and communicated to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. If we ever need moving services again, we’d for sure use them again.

My wife and I had a move scheduled over 3 weeks in advance and even confirmed the day before our move, and the day our move was supposed to happen no one showed up. We called several times and left several messages, and no one answered our calls or returned our messages. They left my wife and I with our toddlers with out help on the day we were supposed to move into our new house. We ended up having to find a Uhaul and do the whole move ourselves while trying to watch our kids. So happy with the way my recent move was handled. I had Nate and Dee help me with a cross-town move which ended up being on the one rainy night in weeks. Kyle and Nate moved a handful of heavy furniture items for us recently out of an apartment with tight door thresholds, tight hallways, and a tight second floor stairwell. They were quick, efficient, professional, punctual, and easy going making our encounter pleasant. They hooked up everything and made sure it was working and where I wanted it before leaving. I would definitely use Spokane Pro Movers again and would recommend them to any friends or family needing help moving.

Great bunch of guys who moved our entire family a few days before Christmas. Tristan, Eric and JT were three awesome guys who moved everything great. They were at it for about 10 hours and never slowed down for a minute and not a single ding or scratch or anything on the furniture or on the walls and not a single item broken, which can happen to anyone anyway, but the point is is that they took good care of all our possessions.
They were fun to chat with throughout the day and one of the guys was on his first day on the job and I couldn't Even tell because he was going at it real good and

I just received a quote to move to Phoenix from Spokane to include one bedroom set, clothes (a lot), one antique chair, two barstools, dishes, fine China, glasses, silverware, other kitchen items. I received a quote for $10, 500 and 60 plus boxes. This is one person moving, not the entire household!! I was flabbergasted when i saw the quote. I was also quoted 3,800 by my original moving company in Phoenix. Needless to say, I will not be using their services.

My realtor recommended using Spokane Pro Movers. These guys were the best! The job ended up being much bigger than they anticipated so had to add to the crew through the day to ensure the move (local) could be completed in one day. I can't say enough about how hard this team of guys worked from 8:00 AM to 10:30 PM to get the job done. I would highly recommend JT, Brian, Robert and TJ to trust your household move will be done safely and as quick as they can get the job done. I really appreciated the extra efforts that they put in to get my house set up.

Kyle was on time to estimate the weight of our household stuff we are shipping. He was friendly and courteous. However there is no way that the furniture we are taking would come close to the 7369 lb.
Then the price I was given after that estimate was way off compared to the initial ballpark!
Unfortunately, I had to find another business for our out of state moving.

We needed help On a Saturday unloading our uhaul , moving furniture in and other pieces around. We took some items to goodwill. We took some items to the dump. The owner (Kyle) is genuinely concerned about the issues with my move and has kept in constant contact with me since he was made aware of the issues. He will be out today to move the remaining boxes to the correct floor.
Because of his conscientious manner in handling this I am changing my rating to a 3 star. I'm really sorry this happened but I appreciate that he's trying to make it right.

Excellent service and care! Ryan and J moved our old washer and dryer out of our basement and moved the new ones in, sounds simple, not when you're dealing with steep, narrow, 1920's cellar stairs! They had all the equipment to help them do a smooth, quick and efficient job, and we are thankful for that because we would have definitely hurt something trying to that task ourselves! Fees are fair and worth every dollar for the professional service performed, I highly recommend them for any moving job you need!

The movers took their time and at $150/hr it adds up. The starting time was supposed to be 9 am. They started the clock for payment at 745 for "travel time" but the business was only 3.5 miles from our house. I was quoted 9 hours for a 4 bedroom house. The movers loaded the truck without utilizing space. This took 5 hours. And it was half of our house. They went to the wrong storage unit which wasted 1.25 hours. They did not charge us for this time. By the time they loaded our storage unit it had been 9 hours. I called it. They didn't utilize the space in the storage unit so by the

I have very nice things and knew I could trust them with there attention to detail they had off the beginning. The price was very reasonable for a the top quality job they performed. .
