For over 25 years, DeVries Business Services has been active in providing our clients with valuable Records Management services. Susan and I originally began our family business by storing critical business records for our customers in the healthcare, banking and legal industries. Over time, our client list expanded to all types of businesses, large and small.
Patrick DeVries is the Chief Executive Officer of DeVries Business Records Mgt., Inc., dba DeVries Business Services. The company has been in operation for approximately 20 years. For over 20-years, Jim was the General Manager at two different Information Management Service Bureaus in Spokane offering document and microfilm conversion and imaging services.
DeVries Business Services started as a Records Storage company over 25 years ago. Working closely with our customers, we recognized new opportunities to expand our services to meet our client's challenges. Soon, we were a full service company offering courier service, on-site information destruction including paper and hard drives, media vaulting and rotation, document scanning services and office moves and reconfigurations.
Nation Association for Information Destrcution is the international trade association for companies providing information destruction services. NAID's mission is to promote the information destruction industry and the standards and ethics of its member companies. DeVries Business Services is the only local company in Spokane that has successfully completed the Certification process for NAID AAA Certification.
We happily provide shredding service to Washington State agencies through the Washington State Contract #07412. We deliver free shredding bins and then pick them up as directed. Please list any special instructions we will need to service your account. This will include directions, special access requirements (badging, pre-notification, etc.), hours of operation, preferred area for shredding truck parking, etc.*

Called on the phone (two weeks prior) to verify appointment made two weeks prior and told me they had no record of my call or the appt. date they made, than instead of onsite services (which was utilized twice at my current address) i was told to drive at their pick up site downtown, called again to verify the site address the "receptionist" was rude and hung up on me, i never post reviews, however, given the negative attitude i had to respond, after years of utilizing their service i say adios

I can't say enough good things about them. They communicate well, they work harder than all the other contractors on the our job. They make sure the work is right. The workers do a great job, have a good attitude and are very helpful. They were great to work with for our City Hall move. I would recommend them to anyone needing to coordinate a large or small move of your business!
