From my initial visit to the showroom through installation, I have nothing but high regard for the professionalism of this company. Randy listened to what we wanted and was able to provide a sample that matched nicely with our adjacent flooring. The young men who installed the flooring did an excellent job. My phone calls to the business were answered politely and competently by Caroline. East Coast has installed floors in both our homes and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

A great experience from start to finish. Not one problem. Had laminate floors installed to eliminate carpet. They have a large selection and will answer questions and provide guidance on color/style. Prices are very competitive. The install team took pride in their work; worked hard and steady but did not rush to finish the job.

We highly recommend using East Coast for your flooring needs. Randy was very informative when choosing the product. The quote was very thorough and the process was explained well so there were no surprises. And the installation crew was superb! They were here on time, worked hard all day, paid attention to detail, and cleaned up after themselves. They are professional hardworking guys. Our shopping experience began with Randy at the showroom. I must have gone back there at least 3 times picking up different samples before finally deciding on which flooring I liked best for our bedrooms. Randy's patience & assistance was outstanding. Then Tom came to measure & explain everything in detail to us about the flooring installation & care. After we signed our contract & left a deposit we were thinking it would not get done before we left for our vacation because of their schedule. Well, Caroline called us & got us on the schedule. It was a 2 day job, Carlos & Daniel arrived promptly

We had hardwood flooring installed in our master bedroom and closet. The manager and office staff were very professional and courteous. When our wood came in, the installers were here on time and very timely in the way they worked. They were very courteous and professional. The floor looks beautiful. I must tell you, we got prices from The Villages area and when we went to East Coast Flooring, their price was much more reasonable. We were very pleased with the work done and that we saved money. We would highly recommend East Coast Flooring.

East Coast Flooring just took out a family room wood floor and replaced it with a tile floor. We were trying to match 15 year old tile which is almost impossible. From the beginning, when we called to schedule an appointment, Suzanne was the first person we spoke with. She was very knowledgeable and professional. The person who came to evaluate and provide an estimate was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Then, Jeff, Jose and Juan, came to remove the old floor and install the new tile. They were extremely experienced and accomplished a very difficult job. We would highly recommend
