We visited the store on RT466 and were met very professionally by Bill the Sales Rep. We indicated we were shopping around for vinyl plank flooring. Bill was instrumental in showing us some samples and ideas while including that he could set up an appointment to measure our project. We decided to have Bill measure and from the time we met Bill until the project completion Bill stayed in touch with us. Bill Mang, the salesman, will give you a good reasonably priced estimate of the cost of the flooring job. But it's all a lie. Then later, at the signing of the contract, and later, during the work, hits you with THOUSANDS more in necessary work you thought was included. By this time you have to pay it to get the job done. He does whatever it takes to look as if they are a better price. He said, "That's what I do, I'm a salesman", He fooled us. Go where they are honest with you and tell you exactly what it costs up front. The floor work was fine, but the price was not as stated to us.

They don’t stand behind the products they sell. If you have a problem they are not helpful. They tell you to contact the manufacturer rep and they should have handled the issue themselves. We still have an issue after dealing with them for 2 years now on a house full of installed defective flooring from Happy Floors.
