We purchased a brand new spa less than 2 yrs ago and the jets keep leaking. The company will not replace this tub but will continue to replace the broken jets forever. The leaks have ruined my outdoor carpet and the service company who I dont blame cannot get the need parts for months!!!

I have previously reviewed this spa 6 person 7000.00 spa 4 months ago and the service to this spa was good as could be expected. The materials used to make this spa are 1-2 stars. They must make 200% profit on this because the materials are cheap cheap cheap.
The spa access covers have no designated fastening and the screws strip out easily. I will install my own anchors
The pump motor is annoyingly noisy and the manufacturers tried to fix once by cutting a hole in the shell and still vibrates. I will install my own rubber motor mount.

Had a problem problem with the heater from a model we bought on Wayfair. The instructions for how to find the serial number plate didn't relate to where I ended up finding the sticker. Different series.
But after I found that and provided pictures. Geniva at customer services solved the problem and we couldn't be happier
It's been working again for a week straight with no problems, and cranked to 40C in chilly Prince Edward Island November no problem :)
As an oyster fisherman who uses tongs (7-12ft long rakes hinged together) over the bow for hours on end. It's pretty sweet to have five water
But after I found that and provided pictures. Geniva at customer services solved the problem and we couldn't be happier

No support after AquaRest spa purchase.
I bought an AquaRest spa from this company. The product came with a minor defect which I would like to fix, however the company is non-responsive. I sent 2 emails via their contact form and left 2 voice mail messages, all of which remains unanswered. 1 star for horrible customer service. What good is a Warranty if you cant make a claim???

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT BUY!!! My husband and I purchased a spa from them at the Charlotte spring home and garden show on March 6, 2020. The spa has not worked right since we received it. It will run for a while then an error code starts flashing and it will not get up to temperature. My husband tried to call the service department numerous times but could never talk to anyone and he leaves a message on the recorder but he never received a callback. Finally in November 2020, he was able to talk to someone named Justin. Justin sent him a part to install. It worked for a couple of days then it

The only positive thing I can say is the price was lower than other available spa choices. The Dream Maker spa is very basic, no frills. My main problem/issue is that I keep trying to compare the Dream Maker product with my old Vita Spa and the Dream Maker spa comes up very short of Vita Spa standards. I would not purchase this product again and I cannot recommend the product either. I wish I had my $3600 back and they had their spa back.
