Services
Located on the north side of Rush-Henrietta Town Line Rd. Southern view Estates is a one of a kind community in Henrietta, NY. Taking advantage of the natural topography, homes are laid out in a terraced fashion with plenty of open space. Lots range from 1.2 to 3.5 acres, some with private drives. Every lot has a wonderful view to the south, hence the name.
