Faber Builders was founded in 1983 by brothers Frank, Anthony, and Bernie Iacovangelo. Born and raised in Rochester, NY the brothers began the company by rehabilitating and building local commercial structures. The following year, they were invited to build homes on nine remaining lots in a previously developed subdivision.

With the exception of the supply chain issues due to COVID causing significant delays…overall positive experience. Anthony was supportive throughout the process and responsive to any questions or concerns. Be sure to save money or have extra funds for upgrades.

The building phase took a bit longer than initially expected and agreed but labor shortage was a main issue during this phase. The house is what we expected, minor details to improve like doors or windows but overall very good job. The sales representative Anthony always answered our calls, messages and requests very fast and helped us a lot during the whole process. Our recommendation is to ensure a good communication not only internally but also with customers so all stakeholders would be conscious about same deadlines. In general good service and fast answers. They always made an effort to find

Building a new home doesn't come without frustration and anxiety. Building with Faber however was a great learning experience to see everything come together and ease those worries. I chose Faber because I feel they have the nicest floorplans on the market. I couldn't be happier with my new home and with the service they have provided. With them you don't just build a house, you are building a home, a dream, a family.

My husband and I are excited about our new construction Beckham home. We started our process with faber homes August 2020 and closed in August 2021.Due to delays caused by COVID unexpectedly reaping habit. Nevertheless it was worth the wait because we LOVE our new home. Although there are a few projects left for faber homes to complete such as unwanted trees and shrubs that were left on the property and the steps and screen for our patio door. But Overall we are very Pleased with our purchase. I would definitely recommend faber homes. Richard Battisti our sales rep was Absolutely Amazing throughout

All of the people we interfaced with were wonderful to work with, easy to get along with, very knowledgeable and professional, a great team to work with. They had many plans to choose from and we were able to modify the one we chose to make it exactly what we wanted. I have a close family member who had their home built with Faber Builders, Inc. in 2019, and they could not be more disappointed with what they have paid for. They are dissatisfied with both the quality of their build, as well as the unprofessionalism of Faber Builders. It was a huge mistake going with Faber and it has become abundantly clear that Faber Builders are interested in taking your money and then whipping their hands clean. Faber Builders are both unresponsive and dismissive. The home went more than three months behind schedule and communication was almost non existent on the company

My current home is the 2nd one I have gotten through Faber. The first time the whole building experience was great, which is why I decided to use them again. The quality of the house is good, standard quirks with a new construction but nothing major. Faber has been quick to respond to any inquiries I have had about issues or concerns.

So i could not build with them at this time. So i gave a $500 deposit on a lot to build a home. So here we are now and cant build with them at this time and they are trying to not return the deposit!! Now keep in mind no ground broken or anything. Buyer beware with this builder if you put a deposit down make sure it is small so in case you decide not to build you wont lose much when dealing with them. Went on google also and lots of bad reviews
