It was a pleasure working with Frank to remodel our lakehouse after a water leak led to extensive damage. Frank and his subs were very professional and responsive, and Frank was able to work with our insurance company to get a fair price for repairs. We will definitely be using Central Pacific Construction for any future remodels!

On behalf of State Farm Insurance company, a representative from a survey company visited my home to obtain additional underwriting information. They wanted positive measures to be taken to reduce their risk for loss regarding my foundation.
I spoke with my State Farm Agent and she recommended Central Pacific Construction. I contacted the owner Frank Cueva and he and his company were wonderful to work with.
Even though it was an incredibly busy time for the construction industry, they didn’t charge to come all the way to Creston just to make an assessment of what would probably be for them

Frank and his team had a very limited timeframe and got the job done in a professional and thorough manner. My wife and I are thrilled with how he remodeled our kitchen and helped with so many other features. Frank is prompt and always follows through. Further he has a great team of subcontractors. My brother is a hard working, a great designer, dedicated to his clients. He'll will build to your satisfaction and beyond. He is license to the California State Contractors license board. He is fulling bonded and has Workman's Comp.. Frank will guarantee all work! He will not bail out on your project. 65 % of contractor bail or go out of business on their clients. We used Frank and his crew for two projects, redoing backyard with grading, concrete and fence, and
a kitchen remodel.
Frank and his crew were very thorough and communicated thru out the whole process. His crews knew what they were doing and made great recommendations when issues arose. They showed up when they said and completed work in a very timely manner.
I would not hesitate to recommend them and plan on using them for a future bathroom remodel.

Frank Cueva at Central Pacific Construction built a beautiful automobile 36' X 40" X 12" high workshop for us. It is not only functional, but constructed with the highest attention to detail. Working in this shop is a pleasure due to the great advice Frank and his crew provided us during construction. Frank always made himself available, supervising the progress of construction, ensuring all permit and inspections were completed within required deadlines. And best of all Frank came in right on budget with no surprises. The final beautiful touch was adding decorative rock and a gorgeous driveway
