Most of our covers are custom made in Colorado, so full payment is required before we can place the order with our supplier. Heater issues are one of the easiest to diagnose. Most problems occur wherever water makes contact, such as at the heat exchange / tube bundle (gas heaters) and heating elements (electric heaters). Water breaks down everything given enough time. Poor water chemistry accelerates the process. As a result, heat exchangers leak and kill your pilot light and heater elements break down causing a short (circuit breaker tripping).

Would give zero if I could. I called inquiring about some pool chemicals that I desperately needed because everywhere is out. The phone was answered and all that was said was “I don’t think so.” And they hung up. I’m not sure if the contact info is incorrect for this place or not, but they don’t seem to want to conduct business with anyone. Will not be trying to contact them again.

Our experience with As You Wish and Tom couldn't be different from the other reviews here. We contacted them after doing some research, and were met with clear, timely advice. Our spa came in much less than the other places around, although admittedly more than big box stores. With that came Service. Really good service. He worked with our timeline, and dealt with the weather to deliver a spa on a snowy morning. When the electrician didn't show, Tom was understandably annoyed, but worked with what we had and got the spa sited and ready for the electrician a few days later. He came by

Here is my update:
January 22th I receive another personal attack and scathing email from tom with a ton of threats. He did not even know I paid the bill two days ago. Right after receiving a response to why I was being charged more fee's.
As it turned out, his wife admits mailing the invoice on the 2nd of December. They also admit they know I asked them to charge me on the 30th of December and they admit they did not try to charge me until the 13th of January. From the 13th, I was trying to find out why I was being issued late fee's. On the 19th they respond and I paid on the

Worst experience with a contractor I've ever had. Tom will rip you off, lie to you when things go wrong, and overcharge you more than double for every part he installs. His process to diagnose problems is to simply start ripping out and replacing parts until it works, needlessly jacking up the price of your repair. He makes no effort to announce his arrival at your house, screams profanities at the top of his lungs when he gets frustrated, and leaves garbage around your property. Do not hire this grifter.

BEWARE. DO NOT HIRE TOM from AS YOU WISH POOL AND SPA. Today is October 4, 2018. Here are several reasons why. I have called him and emailed him over a dozen times to REMEDY this situation, and Tom is not getting back to me. I did not want to write this up; he is NO Professional. This is the FIRST TIME i am spending time on a review - i feel i need to get this out. 1. I hired Tom to clean and service my hot tub. In his first invoice to me, he put in a $10 fuel surcharge for each month and oversold me on a lot of chemicals. The 2 fuel charges ($20) i did not pay, so Tom decided to quit

Worst sales experience in the valley!
We spent the last few weeks shopping around and looking at spas all around the roaring fork valley. Our budget is admittedly on the lower end so we are also looking at costco and other online stores as well.
Finding the website for As you Wish- we thought they would be a great find promising to serve any spa... in case we went with an online purchase.
We went in wanting to talk about their selection and servicing of another if we went online. The lady helping us was so rude and negative we ended up walking out. We told her the info we wanted, and first
