Our Pool & Hot Tub Maintenance Services will make managing your hot tub effortless. Due to our wide variety of service locations, each area of the Roaring Fork Valley is serviced on a pre-scheduled day of the week. Because of this, you can JOIN our maintenance service full time, seasonally or just while you are on vacation.

I had an excellent experience with Soak Hot Tubs. Jake helped me purchase the hot tub and he personally came to my house to view our existing hot tub that no longer worked. He took measurements and determined the new hot tub would fit into our deck. Jake set the date of removal of the old hot tub, provided an electrician to do additional electrical work and set the date for the new hot tub installation. Everythiing went very smoothly and on the promised dates. I have had follow up calls from Jake and Soak after the installation to make sure I am pleased with everything. We are very impressed with

Recently rented a hot tub from Soak for a birthday bash. Called on Thursday morning and they had the hot tub installed and heating later the same day! Everyone had a blast hanging in the tub and enjoying the patio addition! Very convenient and hassle free. We will be using Soak when we decide to buy our permanent tub.

We have had an excellent experience Crystal River Spas/Soak Hot Tub & Endless Pools. Sales and service did a fantastic job selling us the right value hot tub and providing a seamless install. And the Caldera Martinique Spa itself is awesome! We have had a number of in ground spas at our homes and this is the best therapeutic unit we have had. The jets ROCK! When I got my Caldera Spas Provence two years ago, I wanted to wait until I'd had it for a while before posting a review:
First off, I would absolutely recommend talking to Darlene when your in the showroom. When I was shopping for a spa, she was able to answer all my questions and guide me to the right spa for me and stay in my budget. She is very knowledgeable about all the options and spent a long time talking with me to make sure I got what I was looking for.
When I first got my spa I used it every night for about a month, it was incredible. I'm sure everyone feels this way. Then I slowed

Buying a hot tub from these guys was seamless and easy! Darlene was incredibly helpful from the beginning. Mark and Bryce installed it and were so kind and professional. My son was so intrigued by the process and they were really sweet to him.

From start to finish this was an incredible experience. Our sales person was great to work with and honestly answered all of our many questions. The scheduling was easy and they worked us into the same week! The delivery crew was amazing! We had a great time with them while they filled the tub and made sure everything was working correctly before leaving even though it was late and they had a long drive home. This is a great group of people that really care about customer service and it shows in their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I bought our first hot tub ever several months ago from Soak and it has been and is an incredible experience working with Darlene. She was extremely helpful with our initial purchase, set up / installation went flawlessly, and our Caldera tub has been fantastic to use. Addtionally, she has been a regular source of helpful guidance in using and maintaining our tub. I would recommend Soak to anyone considering purchasing a new hot tub.
