Friends started to ask the founders if they could use those employees for roof repairs, emergency plumbing services, HVAC repair, and other work at their own houses, and the business started! Because we keep our guys busy and on our payroll, we are able to bid projects - from simple roof cleaning to furnace installation to air conditioning repair to full roof replacement - at much more reasonable prices than the "home runs" we see other contractors get.

Matt did what appeared to be a good job at a good price. I was very saddened when he would not give me the warranty after i called abt six times and finally got a lawyer all to no avail. I finally called the shingles manufacturer and got a promise to send it out in two weeks after waiting for two months from matt. Perhaps he does not warranty his work. I never got one for the labor. Make sure he includes it in the contract before you sign.

MAP did a great job installing a furnace for us. We were in a tight situation where we needed the work done ASAP and Matt was able to get us an estimate, answer all of our questions, and then schedule the work within a couple of days. The installation went smoothly, the technicians were professional and cleaned up after their work and the new furnace works great!

I used MAP Construction last year to replace the roof and my furnace and air conditioning on two different rental properties, and they did a great job. Matt was easy to work with, and did not pressure me to buy. The price was very fair and they were able to get the AC units replaced quickly, so my tenants were not inconvenienced. I will be using them again whenever the next project comes up.
