NNI construction has the ability to build-out restaurants ranging from 2,000 - 3,000 square feet. We have multi-state projects such as Blaze Pizza that have been completed from the ground up in as little as 8 weeks! We have also completed over 50 Dunkin' Donuts across the country, and other various projects up to but not limited to $1,000,000.
While building in various locations, NNI Construction has had to deal with strict zoning restrictions that would have significantly affected store visibility. After careful research so as not to violate building codes, NNI was able to create a solution that would continue to give our clients brand new buildings with ideal frontage.
