We looked into several different companies and options for adding a shade structure to our Townhome Rooftop deck and ultimately decided on going with a sail. Creative Canvas was extremely helpful and friendly from start to finish and went out of their way to help personalize the entire experience. I would highly recommend Creative Canvas for anyone looking for a shade sail or other shade product.

Last June we had a hail storm, it damaged our existing awning cover. This was a replacement from the original cover. The company that installed it was not installing awnings, which was fine because we always thought they did a poor job and used a material that was inferior to our original awning.
I started my search for a new company to install a new awning. I looked in the internet and various advertisements that were sent in the mail. I called several companies that didn't even respond to my calls. Business must be great to ignore leads for new work.

My wife and I have a beautiful patio that faces west and for several years it was shaded from a branch full of leaves. Then a couple of years ago we lost the branch due to a large snowstorm! Finally we decided it was time to shade the area so we could enjoy the deck without the hot sun bearing down on us! We contacted Creative Canvas and Mark came out and had several options to choose from. We decided what we needed and got a very reasonable price for the job! From the front office to the owner, Mark, to the superb installation team, you will not find a better company. Professional and reasonable, cost wise, with expert installation. I wanted a small awning over the door out to my backyard. Instead of buying a cheap awning online, I opted for Creative Canvas an I'm very happy that I did. We needed a 26 foot by 23 foot cover for the pergola in our backyard. We finally found Creative Canvas. They had the ability to make a large cover for us. Mark Gates, the owner was so easy to work with. He gave us a tour of the business, showed us a large variety of fabrics and created a wonderful custom cover for us. We’ve had the cover for over a year now and it has held up through all of our Colorado weather. It has been impervious to heavy snow loads, hail, strong winds and our relentless sun. Creative Canvas did a fantastic job for our Country Club! We had a 911 situation when if came to a late snow fall that damaged our previous shade. Mark and his team were knowledgeable, professional and took care of us from start to finish.
