Best Awning Company was friendly, honest (including about delays due to COVID and getting the materials), communication was great, and the installers did a great job installing our replacement fabric and new sun and wind sensor. They explained how it works and cleaned up after they were done. Great experience and love the like new awnings!

Shockingly great service, and the best products and prices you can get anywhere! The Best Awning Company crew is prompt, courteous, and professional... and their installers are employees, not sub-contractors, so they have skin in the game when it comes to doing the job right. My wife and I LOVE our new retractable awning... we especially love the dimmable LED lights embedded in the awning frame, which really lend a festive atmosphere to our deck. I worked with Tyler and Teresa on purchasing new fabric and aluminum covering for my SunSetter awning at my home. Great customer service, reasonable price, quality products, and excellent installation. We had Best Awning Company install a deck awning a couple of years ago. We were so happy with their product and installation that we went back and just had a second deck awning installed. Definitely recommend Best Awning with two thumbs up.

Best Awning is the “Best”. Dealing with Teresa in the front office was a pleasure. She promptly sent our quote as promised and responded to our follow up questions in a timely manner.
The installation crew did a great job and cleaned up all packaging at the job site. They too answered all my questions and gave us helpful information on the operation and care of our awning. I highly recommend Best Awning.

It’s not often you come across a company that is fair and honest. I called Tyler and spoke with him about a project. He asked me to send pictures and video and to my surprise said I didn’t need to replace my items. He told me everything was in good shape and just needed some TLC. We have a house with a nice west facing view in the back yard. We installed a new deck, but needed that finishing touch of an awning to shield the deck (and Great Room) from that blazing afternoon summer sun. Enter Best Awning Company. I called them for an estimate. The owner, Tyler, happened to be finishing up an estimate in Parker and he was at our place within about 20 minutes. That is responsive!
He looked over the area, took measurements, and reviewed our options, including brands, styles, features, colors, etc. We elected to go with the KE Durasol for the deck and a Sunsetter Easy

We had been experiencing overheating in our greenhouse with wilting plants and the upholstery on the furniture was fading. Best Awning installed an awning inside the greenhouse and that has made an tremendous difference. During the summer months we have the cooling benefit of the shade from the awning and during the winter months we can wind the awning back to take advantage of the solar hear. The installation went very fast according to plan. We are extremely satisfied with both the awning and the installers.

Best Awning installed an awning on my back patio last summer. We had just moved into our home and really could not enjoy sitting on the deck when the sun was out. I started a search for an economical way to fix the problem and found this company. It was so much less expensive than building a patio cover. From the very start they were professional, timely and very helpful and informative with the entire process. Now it is so nice to be able to sit outside in the heat of the summer and be comfortable. I had Best Awning Company install a SunSetter retractable awning over my back patio deck and I absolutely love it. From beginning to end the service was timely and professional. After ordering it, Tyler informed me it could take up to 3 weeks but it came in sooner. After the install his crew walked me though all of the parts as to where they are and what they do. The LED lights are amazing and light up my entire deck for entertaining at night. I would recommend this company to anyone.
