Showed up without a mask while we were home and did not wear one while inside. Gave us a report telling us that the smoke shelf was rusted and not to use until an insert was installed. Had a proper inspection immediately there after which found that the smoke shelf fine, however multiple other issues were present including broken tiles in the chimney.
Had I hired him to put in a new insert, we certainly would have had plenty more problems to deal with.

3 years ago I had a chimney fire. They were here the next day to help me and guide me through the whole process. Having received quotes from others, this company was by far the best in price and did not try to upsell anything that wasn't needed. I've recommended them to family and others ever since. I called Vinny first thing in the morning due to a carbon monoxide detector going off. He told me he was booked up for another 2 weeks, but after I told him about my emergency situation he fit me in at the end of the day. He called me about 2 hours before he was to arrive to let me know his schedule, and then again 15 minutes before arrival. He came in, swept, and that was it. Prompt, respectful, clean, and personable. Vinny tells you like it is. He was also able to recommend a HVAC guy to me due to the oil burner problem. I will without a doubt call him next year to clean my chimney again

I was looking for an alternative to oil heat for my home. I spoke with Vinny about pellet stoves and decided to go with him. It was well worth the investment and I love the stove.
